To put things into perspective, a Dungeon DLC like Falkreath Hold or Shadows of the Hist goes for 1500 Crowns, a Zone DLC like Orsinium and Clockwork City goes for 2000 Crowns, and a Chapter DLC goes for 2500 Crowns.
I know Steam does cut prices if you own a part out of a particular bundle, but I don't know if that works in this instance, because I already have all the old Chapters, and Blackwood. Only the Collection (again, in Steam they simply named it Elder Scrolls Online - Blackwood) grants you the base game, all past Chapters, and Blackwood.

Neither of the Upgrade versions give you any of the old Chapters. The Upgrade CE does the same thing, except it gives you the items from the Collector's Edition.
